My Story

I come from a long line of people pleasers. Generations of women who were afraid to speak up to avoid upsets, not asking for what they want and need, walking on eggshells as to not “rock the boat” and as a child taught good children were seen and not heard.

I grew up stifling my voice, not trusting myself, and never feeling safe or free to be myself. I spent most of my childhood and adulthood looking for approval and trying to prove to others and myself that I was good enough, smart enough, successful enough, etc. Since I didn’t trust myself, I didn’t really trust others, which lead to my having a lot of acquaintances and surface/disconnected relationships. I ended up doing a lot of “tolerating” and not having boundaries.

In business, I worked hard to please my bosses and created a successful and lucrative career. However, no matter how successful I was and how much business I brought in, I never received the appreciation that I craved. My “imposter syndrome” emerged. I became proficient at hiding my insecurities and fears. Most people assumed I was confident and had it all, when in reality I was suffering in silence, fearful that I would fail and be discovered as a fraud.

Maintaining this external charade of “having it all together” was mentally and emotionally exhausting and started affecting my health. I was stressed out, had heart palpitations and anxiety and had trouble sleeping. Having to go to a doctor and get strapped into a heart monitor was a wake up call. It was then when I realized I needed to take control of “me”.

With the help of powerful personal development courses, mentors and coaches, I one day found myself asking, “why am I allowing myself to feel like I'm not enough - in both business and my personal life?” It was in that moment that I chose to rewrite my story and my life started to shift. I took ownership of what I attracted and tolerated in my life, started creating boundaries, started trusting my capabilities and accomplishments, and I started making myself, and and my health a priority. I went from being co-dependent to independent; from a pleaser to a servant leader and started standing up for myself and asking for what I want and need.

I now trust myself and my intuition. I have beautiful and supportive relationships that are compassionate, collaborative, co-creative. I feel young, healthy and vibrant. I’ve learned to reach my goals and achieve greater results with less effort. I have financial abundance to follow my heart and do what brings me joy and fulfillment and I live an empowered life that I love!

My life experiences, coupled with focused professional training, resulted in me creating a seminar and coaching company where I help high achievers take ownership and control of what's not working in their lives and knowing they are "enough. They experience more ease, harmony and fulfillment, enriched relationships, less stress, sharpened leadership skills and enhanced productivity.

What Clients Are Saying

Personally, I was having a hard time accomplishing the tasks and goals that I had set for myself and felt like I was being pulled in multiple directions, which prevented me from focusing and finishing the tasks at hand. I was starting to miss some deadlines, and really needed someone to help me focus and prioritize.

I took Caron’s workshop and realized that she was a person who would be great as the “outside person” that would be able to help me look at what I was trying to accomplish with a fresh set of eyes, and help me to objectively rank my priorities to focus on getting them done.

She made me feel comfortable and was never judgmental; she continuously came from a place of forgiveness and taught me to forgive myself. She was always patient and kind, but firmly held me accountable to my commitments. She also facilitated a deeper look internally as to what might be causing my stress and blocking me from achieving what I wanted to accomplish.

Working with Caron helped me personally, professionally, and spiritually. I would absolutely recommend Caron to someone needing guidance to bring out the answers from within yourself.

I was a habitual people-pleaser and “yes man”. I have spent many years taking on more work and responsibility, in search of some unknown goal or imaginary pot of gold at the end of a rainbow that I couldn’t even see. After over a decade of this behavior, I was feeling the weight of overwork and chronic stress. My family life was suffering, and my mental strength was hanging on by a thread.

I met Caron at a networking event and after getting to know her and learning her line of work as a personal development coach, I decided to start working with her. I was excited, skeptical, nervous, and many other things but after our first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision. Caron had me take an ELI assessment and then helped me to understand the results and why I scored the way I did. From there we put together a plan and stuck to it but had just the right amount of fluidity to adjust as things came up.

Fast forward to today (roughly four months after working with Caron), and I feel more in control of my path than ever before. I have learned how to recognize when I can take something on, and when I am better off passing or delegating to another person. I have experienced rapid growth and advancement in my career and my personal life has improved leaps and bounds as well!

If you are like I was before I started working with Caron and looking for that sign on what you should do, this is it! Invest this time, energy, and money in yourself and you will collect the dividends for the rest of your life.

I approached Caron because I was having trouble focusing on what I needed to do to improve my situation. I was struggling with getting work, feeling worthy and belonging. I felt incredibly frustrated, very ineffective and undeserving of a better life with better results. In a nutshell, I felt hopeless.

Caron was such a great listener and took time to reflect back to me what she heard and what my concerns were. This helped to validate my feelings, and she encouraged me to pursue more and I began to feel more hopeful. I found her to be trustworthy, sincere and capable.

After working with Caron, I now feel more focused and confident and am able to approach my working relationships in a positive and effective manner. This led me to getting more work and also better working relationships. I was able to evaluate my situation and make a strategic plan and have fulfilled my main goal of moving back home to Northern California. I also now have some life tools to help me focus better on my priorities, which is so valuable to me.

I can say that my coaching experience was extremely positive and I would definitely work with Caron again and highly recommend her amazing skills and guidance!
